These terms and conditions (hereinafter: “terms of use” or “terms”) apply to your use of our webpage www.printstop.com.hk (“Website”), when you use our PC stations or self-service printing services at any of our physical sites (“Printing Sites”) or all other services (“Other Services”) we agree to provide to you from time to time (collectively, Website, Printing Sites and Other Services, our “Services”).
Our Services are operated by Printstop Limited, a private limited company, incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong, under registration number 77190515 of 2/F., Tern Centre, Tower 1, 237 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong (hereinafter "We" or “us”).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Services. It is a legal document that explains your rights and obligations related to your use of our Services.
Unless otherwise specified, the definitions and rules of interpretation in this section apply to these terms of use and generally when using our Services:
Content: means printable or scannable material (images, text, and other printable or scannable content) uploaded by you via the Third Party Software at the Printing Sites
Document: means Content turned into a scanned electronic file or a physical paper print-out by a printer or copier operated by us.
Princh: means Princh A/S, a company organized and existing under the laws of Denmark, identified with VAT Number DK37833789, and with its principal place of business at Bjørnholms Allé 22, 8260 Viby J, Denmark and their terms and conditions may be found at: End User Terms & Conditions | Princh.
Third Party Software or Software: means the software delivered by a third party including but not limited to Princh and any other service providers engaged by us, including, but not limited to, third party server, third party printing, scanning, and copying software.
Processed Document: means one or more Documents submitted by you to our printer or copier via the Third Party Software at the Printing Sites with the purpose of turning the electronic file(s) into a physical or scanned Document of one or more pages.
Restricted Content: means any content that:
By using our Services, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our Services. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

5.1 These terms of use are regularly reviewed and was last updated on June 30, 2025. We may amend these terms of use from time to time. For this purpose, we will provide you with notice of amendments to these terms of use and update the “last update” date above. Every time you wish to use our Services, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. Once any updated terms of use are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Services.
5.2 We do not guarantee that our Services, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may update, suspend, withdraw and change our Services from time to time for any reason, including but not limited to: to reflect changes to services provided by us, our users' needs, maintenance and our business and operational priorities.

We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these terms of use. 7.1 In order to use Printing Sites and any other services offered at our Printing Sites, you may be required to register and maintain an account with us by providing us with various personal information. Any information provided by you must be accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.
7.2 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any user identification code, username, user identification details, password or other piece of information as part of our security procedures to access our Services or third-party service (“Account Details”) are kept confidential at all times and you must not disclose it to any third party.
8.1 At our Printing Sites, our services currently include (i) offering self-serving printing, scanning, and copying services to you via Third Party Software (“Printing Facilities”) and (ii) providing computer facilities with internet connections (“PC Facilities”).
8.2 When using our facilities at our Printing Sites, you are subject to any rules and policies governing your usage of such services, these will be displayed at the Printing Sites, you must read these and by using our Services, you agree that you will comply with them.
8.3 You may connect to our Printing Facilities while using our PC facilities or via a tablet, mobile or laptop, using your own internet connection. To connect to the Printing Facilities, you will be directed to the Third-Party Software, we are not a party to any agreements entered into between you and provider(s) of Third Party Software, by using such software you confirm that:
10.1 You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all Documents and Content they upload to the Third Party Software at the Printing Sites. You agree not to upload any content that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to copyrighted material, obscene content, defamatory material, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
We have no obligation to review Content for accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. You are solely responsible for all Content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights and privacy laws. We shall not be liable for any Content submitted through the Third Party Software at the Printing Sites.
10.4 We reserve the right to monitor, remove or block any Content that we deem to be in violation of these terms or that is otherwise inappropriate or illegal.
11.1 To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we, our affiliates and our and our affiliates’ third party licensors and service providers each expressly disclaim all representations and warranties concerning our Services, whether oral or written, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, timeliness, completeness, results, and the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, even if we, our affiliates and our and our affiliates’ third party licensors or service providers have been informed of such purpose, or any representations and warranties arising from course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.
11.2 SUBJECT TO SECTION 12.3, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE IN THESE TERMS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR (I) LOST PROFITS; (II) LOSS OF BUSINESS; (III) LOSS OF REVENUES; (IV) LOSS, INTERRUPTION OR USE OF DATA; (V) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES; OR (VI) COST OF COVER, ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, RELIANCE, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (IF APPLICABLE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISES OUT OF OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, BAD FAITH OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH HEREUNDER WILL APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY.
12.1 Where our Services contains links to other sites, resources and services provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.
12.2 We do not control these third-party web sites, plug-ins, applications and services and we assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites, plug-ins, applications or services.
12.3 You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
12.4 You may be required to review and accept the third-party’s privacy policy and terms and conditions prior to be able to use various services on our website and we would recommend that you read their privacy policies and terms and conditions prior to using such services.
13.1 Our Services, the trademarks, brands and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights (including database rights) throughout the world and is owned by Printstop Limited or its licensors.
13.2 By using our Services, it does not give you a right to frame, use or reproduce any of our copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of material, or other proprietary rights of material, except as expressly permitted in writing by us.
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our Services must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Services without prior written consent.
17.1 We do not guarantee that our Services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Services. You should use your own virus protection software.
17.2 You must not misuse our Services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Services, the server on which our Services is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Services. You must not attack our Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
17.3 We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
18.1 We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use. However, we may generally suspend your account or your access to our Services if we become aware or suspect any part of these terms of use including other applicable terms including, Privacy Policy, not being complied with.
18.2 Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.
18.3 All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and we both agree that the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction.
